We partner with some of the biggest names in fleet and retail — Pepsi, Red Bull, Aritzia, and more — turning vehicles into high-impact mobile branding. With in-house design, production, and nationwide installation capabilities, we deliver durable graphics that drive measurable ROI for our clients.

We’re at an exciting growth stage: landing major national contracts and expanding aggressively across North America. We’re building out our sales team with two new hires this year, and we’re looking for driven people who want to grow with us for the long term. This is a full sales career track, not a dead-end outbound role.

You’ll start focused on outbound prospecting — building pipeline, booking meetings, and learning our product and market from the ground up. As you close deals and build relationships, you’ll develop your own book of business and evolve into a full Account Executive. By Year 2, you’re managing a mix of outbound and your own growing accounts.

By Year 3, you’re a full AE with $1M+ in annual sales and a real stake in the company’s growth. Year 1 — Build the pipeline Prospect and build targeted lead lists of companies with mid-to-large vehicle fleets: logistics, delivery, retail, field services, and national brands Execute daily outbound campaigns — cold calls (50+ per day), personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to fleet managers, operations directors,



and brand decision-makers Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM Work closely with senior reps and the VP of Sales to learn the playbook and develop your own style Continue outbound prospecting while managing and growing your own accounts Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, close, and account management Develop national account relationships and pursue larger fleet contracts These are the same targets our current top reps hit. They’re ambitious but achievable with the right effort and support. 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience — SDR, BDR, junior AE, or business development ~ Hunter mindset — energized by cold calling, prospecting, and building from zero ~ Strong verbal communication with a confident, professional phone presence ~ Driven to build a long-term book of business, not just hit a monthly meeting quota ~ Background in fleet, vehicle graphics, signage, print, branded products, or physical goods sales Experience with Apollo, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and sales tools Comfort selling to operations, fleet, or logistics buyers We believe in paying well for outstanding performance.
