SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team to help us achieve our next stage of rapid growth. The SDR helps identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for our sales organization while working closely with Account Executives and marketing. The path leads to an Account Executive role and beyond.

Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 CAD plus bonuses/commission, based on experience and skills. Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in assigned territories. Work with Account Executives to blueprint key accounts and identify expansion opportunities.

Call into key accounts to set up discovery calls and demos. Run discovery calls on accounts identified by the Account Executives. Drive deals to the next phase and assist in closing transactional business for the AE team.

Support in-territory gifting programs, events, and pre- and post-conference outreach.



Source sales-enablement collateral in partnership with marketing.

Hybrid opportunity: work 100% remotely with future in-office time in Vancouver or Toronto required. ability to work independently or with coaching. Excellent phone and written communication, pipeline development, and inside-sales skills. Strong drive, high work ethic, curiosity, and obsession with sales goals. Ability to communicate business impact to technical and business customers.

Experience with Salesforce.Experience executing prospecting and pipeline generation for SaaS solutions, preferably mid-market to enterprise.

Experience supporting enterprise field teams in a multi-product SaaS environment.
