Optimize is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive business growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, and creating new sales opportunities. You will research potential clients, conduct outreach, nurture relationships, and support our sales team in connecting businesses with our web design, web development, and digital marketing solutions. Conduct outreach through email, phone, and social media.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities, lead progress, and pipeline status. Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role is an asset.

Experience in digital marketing or web development industries is preferred. Excellent research, analytical, and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Career development opportunities in web development and digital marketing. #
