Full time, Permanent Salary: CAD $65,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience Our client is a growing seafood company supplying high-quality, sustainably harvested products to retail and foodservice customers across North America. They are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support key accounts through data analysis, sales reporting, forecasting, demand planning, and account operations. This is a 100% office-based position with no outside sales responsibilities.

Rather than direct selling, you will work behind the scenes to analyze sales and customer data, coordinate account activities, monitor inventory and demand, and provide insights that support business decisions and customer service. Prepare and maintain sales, customer, and product performance reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends, changes in customer demand, and product performance.

Monitor key account performance and provide accurate, timely information to support business decisions. Analyze customer orders, inventory levels, and sales forecasts to help identify potential shortages, excess inventory, or changes in demand. Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand‑planning activities through data collection and analysis.

Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales information across internal systems and customer portals. Use Excel and internal systems to organize, analyze, and present sales and operational data. Manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational requirements of key retail and foodservice accounts.

Coordinate customer onboarding, contracts, product listings, vendor portals, and customer/product master data. Manage the order fulfillment process from purchase order through delivery and monitor order status to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Assurance,



and Finance to meet customer requirements.

Support private‑label and new product launches, including product information, packaging, samples, approvals, and launch schedules. Coordinate customer promotions, retailer programs, and annual business reviews. Investigate deductions, chargebacks, pricing discrepancies, payment issues, and delivery claims by reviewing relevant data and working with internal teams to identify solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting, account processes, operational efficiency, and customer service. 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Key Account Support, Supply Chain Coordination, Customer Service, or a related role. ~ Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales, customer, inventory, and operational data. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ~ Experience preparing reports, analyzing trends, and working with large amounts of business data. ~ Experience with ERP systems, EDI, retailer/vendor portals, or sales reporting systems is an asset. ~ Experience in food manufacturing, CPG, retail, foodservice, or a related industry is preferred. ~ Experience supporting major retail or foodservice accounts is an asset. ~ Proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for communication with overseas vendors.
