Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to oversee and develop their distribution channels in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This leadership role is responsible for building and managing a network of distributors, driving sales performance across these channels, and ensuring market penetration. You will develop channel strategies, provide support and training to partners, and monitor performance against targets.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of channel sales, and a proven ability to drive results through third-party relationships. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote strategy development with in-person partner engagement. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing distribution channels .

Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to existing partners to maximize sales performance. Monitor channel sales performance, analyze data,



and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans with channel partners.

Negotiate terms and agreements with distribution partners. Proven experience in channel sales management or partner management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and growing effective distribution networks.

Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and partner enablement.
