FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon, represents multiple major brands across snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine, and we need a leader who can drive performance, grow shop volume, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily activity and results Drive unit sales, gross profit, and appointment activity Create energy on the floor and maintain a strong, competitive sales culture Ensure consistent use of CRM, follow-up processes, and sales structure Run daily huddles, one-on-ones, and performance check-ins Keep the team engaged in ongoing training and development Partner with Marketing to drive traffic through campaigns and social media Be hands‑on in deals when needed to support and close business Proven success in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role Strong accountability mindset with a focus on performance Comfortable coaching both new and experienced salespeople Creative thinker who can help generate traffic through social media and local marketing Strong understanding of CRM usage and sales process discipline Experience in powersports, automotive,
