Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. Evenings and weekend availability is required. This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership. A division of the Jim Pattison Group, the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison, when he purchased a GM franchise.

As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Toyota brand.





Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures, technology, and market trends. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Eligible to obtain a Manitoba Sales Permit. Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week. Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a quick-paced sales environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset but not required. Competitive compensation plan with commission and bonus opportunities.
