Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blackbird Security | Experienced in campus recruitment, full-cycle recruiting and student engagement Blackbird Security is looking to hire a Proposal Writer who can apply their passion for turning technical content into compelling, eye‑catching, and client‑focused documents. You will use your exceptional writing, critical thinking, and communication skills to construct corporate proposals and develop strategic messaging in collaboration with various departments.

Proposal Writing: Review project requirements and objectives through collaboration. Draft and assemble proposals for business partnerships, contracts, and conduct research to gather information. Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather sensitive data.

Strategic Writing: Contribute to strategic planning with relevant written materials. Develop content for internal and external communications, including reports and newsletters. Conduct market research to inform strategic documents and communications in response to proposal requirements.

Project Management: Coordinate writing processes, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
