Collaborating with a member of senior management to establish the proposal strategy (project team, relevant experience, methodology, and other required content) Researching, writing, and revising project sheets, résumés, project approach sections, firm profiles, etc. Planning and meeting project timelines to ensure on-time submission of proposals Performing layout and final assembly, while ensuring the quality of deliverables Keeping the proposal database up to date at all times College or university degree in a relevant field Experience in a similar role (consulting engineering, architecture, or construction) is considered an asset Excellent command of English,
both written and spoken Strong aptitude for writing and editing technical documents Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and Adobe InDesign A culture built on collaboration, knowledge sharing, talent development, and the quality of our work. A 37.5-hour workweek with flexible scheduling and the possibility of finishing at noon on Fridays.
