What We're Looking For Required: Proven track record in commission-based sales Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability Self-motivated, competitive,



and goal-oriented Comfortable working evenings and weekends Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-up Preferred (but not required): Automotive, RV, powersports, or other high-ticket sales experience CRM experience RV experience is not required, sales performance is.
