We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for: New Sales Strategy Conduct market research and analysis to identify new customer acquisition opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant sales strategies Engage with existing and new customers both in-person at our Winnipeg or Saskatchewan office and on-site in communities to understand their construction and renovation goals. Provide personalized sales support.
Act as a key point of contact between customers and other stakeholders. Coordinate with our Ready-to-Move (RTM) and Construction teams to expand service offerings and develop project solutions. Communicate customer needs and transition the management of the construction project to internal departments.
Support cross-department collaboration to meet customer expectations and project deadlines. Participate and lead sales training for existing employees as required.
Experience in sales or customer service within the building materials, construction, or housing sectors. Familiarity with working in Northern communities is considered an asset.
