Innovate and develop digital solutions like BossWeb, enhancing dealer interactions across a multicultural team. This pivotal role involves combining your Salesforce development expertise with leadership to guide your team in delivering exceptional solutions.

You will oversee integrations and ensure data integrity while collaboratively designing and developing features. Engage in mentorship and promote knowledge sharing within the squad. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead technical leadership for the Dealer Experience team
- Guide development of Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices
- Analyze technical impacts of new features.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues

Requirements:

- Solid experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership
- Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise architectures
- Experience with Git and CI/CD methodologies
- Strong command of English; French preferred
