Job Title: Salesforce Production Support Engineer Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, etc.), ensuring stability, automation, and efficient release management. Provide L2/L3 production support for front‑office users across global platforms Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD) Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination Participate in on‑call / weekend release rotation 7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred Production Support (L2/L3) in enterprise applications Scripting / Automation: Python (or similar) Monitoring & Stability mindset (proactive support, root cause analysis) Scheduling Tools: Control‑M / Autosys DevOps / CI‑CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible Exposure to Cloud & Up-to-date Tech: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms
