Provide customer service and convert to sales by transferring product knowledge to customers. This includes explaining features and benefits, safe operating techniques, and promoting related accessories/products. Probe for needs and match customer needs with Stephenson’s rental products and solutions.

Seek sales opportunities on a consistent basis. Ensure every customer is treated in a fair and consistent manner and resolve issues as they arise. Drive in‑store merchandising initiatives. Follow all procedures related to the delivery and pick‑up of products for customers.

Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system. Assist in fleet management to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs. With the Manager, monitor disputes, monthly billing, over‑due accounts, invoicing, etc.

Work with the yard team to ensure rentals are correctly staged and that return equipment inventories are correct.
