Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have :

- Contribute to the implementation of the S&OP; process;
- Model and document detailed business processes;
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize processes and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications;
- Define and document business rules;
- Validate the adequacy of IT solutions with business needs and objectives;
- Participate in the implementation of required changes to business processes and work procedures;
- Develop test cases and support acceptance tests;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of change management strategies, including communications and training;
- Analyze stakeholder processes to facilitate the transition and ensure a smooth implementation;
- Support the project manager in monitoring and reporting activities.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a functional manager or business analyst in a supply chain workplace;
- Experience in at least one (1)



large-scale project for the development and implementation of information systems related to logistics and procurement;
- Proficient in supply chain activities, including planning, logistics, and process optimization;
- Experience with SAP or other ERP supply requirements planning modules;
- Demonstrate a strong background in modeling and transforming business processes;
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different business sectors;
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Effectively manage priorities and meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of the energy field (an asset);
- Proficiency in BPMN notation (an asset);
- Experience with SAP MM, PM, and SD modules related to procurement, planning, and logistics (an asset);
- Experience with SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud (an asset);
