Key Responsibilities

ACENSI is looking for a SAP S/4 Project Manager for one of their clients in the energy sector in Bucharest :

- Project Leadership
- Stakeholder Management
- Workstream Co-ordination
- Risk and Issue Management
- Governance and Reporting

Key Relationships

- CEDE Transformation, CEDE local Teams (IT & Business): individuals involved as part of the wider project team and associated areas
- Internal & External SAP Consultants : internal & external delivery partners
- SLS ERP: SLS ERP functional and technical teams, architects and cyber
- Business Stakeholders: Process owners, data owners, and key users across multiple countries.
- Senior Leadership: Regional and Central stakeholders, C-Suite
- Change & Compliance Teams: Change management, training, data privacy, cyber security, and legal teams.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

- Proven experience (5+ years) managing SAP projects
- Proven experience managing major SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally in global organisations.
- Solid understanding of SAP functional domains FI, CO, SD, MM, PS (CPM nice-to-have).
- Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams and managing effectively challenging local stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of ERP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
- Strong governance and reporting experience.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
- Experience managing integrations, data migration, testing and change workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills with structured problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to maintain momentum and ensure delivery to scope, time, and quality.
- Ability to understand and manage business / customer stakeholder relationships, their needs, their priorities, and their drivers across a diverse range of multiple entities in different countries.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, question and where appropriate challenge stakeholder requirements and build on-going relationships. Most importantly to work effectively in a team and adopt the SLS ERP Delivery ways of working
- Experienced at being highly organised with the ability to work proactively under pressure in a high demand workplace.
- Very strong organisational skills with the ability to respect deadlines and plan and prioritise accordingly.
- Ability to operate comfortably in a ‘hands on environments’ as well as operate ‘from the balcony'

Qualifications/Education

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of ERP related experience, preferably in a multi geography environment.
- SAP Certification (functional or technical) highly desirable.
