Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant / Business Architect to support enterprise programs in the Oil & Gas and Retail Distribution sectors. This role focuses on designing and enhancing asset management and maintenance processes within SAP S/4HANA to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

· Design and implement solutions in SAP PM covering preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

· Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to map asset and maintenance processes.

· Define integration between PM and other modules (FI-AA, MM, CO) to enable processes like end-to-end maintenance-to-finance flows.

· Support business in setting up maintenance plans, work orders, equipment records,



and functional locations.

· Enable analytics and KPIs around asset performance, downtime, and cost of maintenance.

· Provide industry best practices in asset lifecycle management for oil & gas and energy operations.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support.

· Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset lifecycle, reliability, and compliance in energy or oil & gas.

· Hands-on experience in work order management, equipment hierarchy, notifications, and maintenance planning.

· Understanding of FI-AA integration (capitalization, depreciation, cost settlement).

· Solid collaboration skills with cross-functional IT and business teams.
