Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, between the Pacific Ocean and the Coast Mountains, Teck’s Corporate Office sits in one of Canada’s most culturally diverse cities. We are seeking an expert SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst to support sustainment and ongoing project initiatives.

This role will focus primarily on the implementation and adjustment of Employee Central modules, including Employee Central Benefits and Onboarding. The successful candidate will be encouraged to quickly ramp up within an active project environment, work independently with minimal direction, and contribute to configuration, testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities. The ideal individual is expected to be comfortable supporting both project delivery and production sustainment while managing competing priorities.

This is an initial 6-month contract to start with strong possibility of extension based on program needs. Be a Courageous Safety Leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements. Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions.





Identify and fix configuration issues while performing root cause analysis. Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and project-related work.

Support post-go-live stabilization, production support, and continuous project activities. 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions. ~ Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience. ~ Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities. ~ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project setting with little oversight. ~ Experience supporting global Employee Central implementations.

Experience configuring Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Picklists, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). SAP SuccessFactors certification is considered an asset. The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
