Our Lakeview

Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lumber manufacturing environment.

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a sawmill, planer mill, or manufacturing operation. Solid understanding of sawmilloperations , lumber grading , quality standards , and production processes . A high school diploma or equivalent.

Post-secondary education in forestry, business, engineering, or related fields, an asset. A mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills . Strong relationship building skills with the ability to relate with people across all levels of the organization.

Ensure that the team is engaged,
