As a Scale and Purchasing Clerk ,



you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments.

You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers. Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival. Weigh trucks and enter information into the system. Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software.

Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed. Track material shipments and produce required reports. Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.). You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset).

You are proficient in MS Office.
