You'll coordinate production and delivery schedules across Truss, Engineered Wood Products (EWP), Wall Panels, and Building Materials, working closely with Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, and our construction sites. This role is all about planning ahead, keeping teams aligned, and making sure customer commitments match what we can realistically deliver.



Plan and maintain production and delivery schedules across all Tech-Wood divisions Balance customer commitments with production capacity, lead times, and logistics Coordinate priorities with Sales, Design, Production, Shipping, and Logistics Communicate directly with construction sites regarding delivery dates, changes, and site readiness Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays Support capacity planning and forecasting to help teams plan ahead Experience in scheduling, project coordination, logistics, operations, manufacturing, construction, or a related field Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience in residential construction, manufacturing, or building materials is an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling, ERP, or production systems Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Paid Vacation time Free in office parking Company team building events Tech-Wood's locations are not accessible by public transit.
