Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking a Private Chef / Tournant to provide in-chalet dining for private guests at the Main Lodge Kitchen in Blue River, BC. This seasonal, full-time role reports to the Executive Chef and requires leadership in menu planning, execution of high-end meals, and collaboration with kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have culinary training, Chef certification, and strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work wide-ranging day and weekend
