This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team. Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .

Experience with report writing and note-taking. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.

Valid

Ontario security guard license Drivers License is considered an an asset. Must be at least 18 years old.



High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Patrol interior and exterior of facility, looking for signs of illegal / criminal activity, vagrancy, theft, property damage.

Conduct regular communication checks with City of London Security dispatch. Access control for the facility/area Document shift activities in Daily Activity Report; Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times Patrolling and following protocols as perthe post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols,manage the movement of guests at various points throughout the property etc. Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training Comprehensive health and dental perks Paid training and development programs.
