- Maintain a supportive and secure presence on-site
- Proactively manage and de-escalate aggressive situations
- Implement trauma-informed safety measures and practices




- Collaborate with a dedicated Relational Security Team
- Uphold organizational values related to inclusion and safety Requirements:
- BC Security Guard License and OFA Level II Certification required
- Proven experience with Advanced Security Training
- Knowledge from the Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
