SECURITY SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: LETHBRIDGE AREA

We are seeking a highly capable and professional Security Site Supervisor to support daily operations, lead security personnel, and ensure compliance with site requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.

Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 – Monday to Friday

- 40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support security guards during daily site operations
- Provide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectations
- Maintain clear and skilled communication with staff and management
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standards
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address operational concerns
- Complete reports, documentation, and incident follow-ups as required

Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- 2-5+ years of security experience (preferred)
- Computer skills and ability to use security-related software

- Valid Security Guard License




- Ability to train guards on daily site tasks and operational procedures
- Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Must be able to pass Controlled Goods Clearance
- Must be able to get more training if required
