We’re looking for a proactive Senior Accountant , ready to take on more complex responsibilities and contribute to team success. In this role, you'll lead key financial processes, perform detailed financial analyses and collaborate with team members on more advanced projects.

You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, helping them grow while ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial deliverables. Provide routine record-keeping of financial transactions using leading-edge accounting and financial management systems at an increasing broader and complex level Prepare and remit regulatory government filings Perform detailed account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies,



conducting financial and variance analyses Prepare interim and year-end financial statements Lead and/or review the work of Junior Accountants through delegation, training, oversight, and mentoring Assist Associates and Senior Associates with client projects as assigned Participating in team activities and offering support to colleagues, helping to build a strong and cohesive work environment Takes initiative and drives projects forward Adaptable and adaptable in dynamic environments Open to feedback and continuous improvement Post-secondary education focused on accounting such as a diploma or Bachelor’s degree ~3-5+ years accounting experience ~ CPA designation or CPA candidate is considered a strong asset ~ Broad experience in managing general ledgers, bank/loan/account reconciliations and tax remittances for medium and small-sized businesses ~ Demonstrated proficiency in working with cloud-based accounting solutions (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and financial technology tools ~ Work/life balance through a flexible work model Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative work environment with a diversity of assignments Casual dress Free on-site parking
