Our client, a rapidly growing tech company, is seeking a driven and adaptable Senior Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent CPA or someone in the final stages of the program with 3 plus years of Accounting experience. You'll take ownership of key accounting functions, tackle complex challenges, and play a crucial role in transitioning to new systems and improving manual processes.

You'll work closely with the Assistant Controller, FP&A;, sales. Market-competitive salary ~ Annual bonus component ~ 4 weeks vacation for new hires ~ Oversee complex inventory accounting, deferred revenue, and cost allocation methods. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis during month-end close.

Liaise with external auditors,



providing necessary documentation. Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls, with a focus on transitioning from QuickBooks to NetSuite. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ~3+ years of progressive accounting experience. ~ CPA designation or actively pursuing it. ~ Strong technical accounting skills, with experience in complex inventory accounting (especially untraditional service-based models) and deferred revenue. ~ A mix of public accounting firm and industry experience is ideal.
