As Senior

Analyst, Operational Risk Management, you are a subject‑matter expert who supports the implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement of BDC’s ORM Framework. Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA) Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Operational Risk Events (ORE) New Product and Business Initiative (NPBI) risk assessments for products, projects, and organizational changes Support the first line of defence in the end‑to‑end management of operational risks, including: Risk identification, assessment, measurement, and monitoring Critically review and effectively challenge first‑and second‑line risk assessments and reported operational risk events Design, implement, and enhance operational risk methodologies, tools,
