Position Summary...
The Senior Analyst, Seller Incubation & Onboarding will help accelerate seller growth on Walmart Canada Marketplace by owning the journey from Seller Acquisition handoff through launch and early incubation.
This role will partner with sellers and cross-functional teams to remove onboarding barriers, accelerate time to launch and first sale, and improve the overall seller experience. The Senior Analyst will also use data to identify recurring friction points and build scalable processes that enable Marketplace growth
What you'll do...
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of sellers from Seller Acquisition handoff through launch and early incubation.
- Manage onboarding milestones and proactively identify and resolve seller or SKU blockers.
- Support key onboarding activities including account setup, item setup, integrations, fulfillment and WFS readiness.
- Monitor newly launched sellers to accelerate time to first sale and successful transition into ongoing account management.
- Partner across BD, WFS, Product, Tech and Operations to resolve issues and improve the seller experience.
- Track onboarding performance, including cycle time, conversion, launch progress and recurring blockers.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs and automation to simplify onboarding and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, operations, project management, account management or a related field.
- Strong project management, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify issues and drive action.
- Ability to manage multiple sellers, priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce, SQL, Looker or similar tools is an asset.
- Marketplace, seller onboarding, retail or eCommerce experience is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
