The Senior

Application & Systems Developer will play a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting the technology that underpins OBSI’s operations and services. Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and other business applications, this individual will develop customized solutions, code, integrations and automated processes that improve efficiency,



data quality and the user experience. This is a hands-on development role that also offers the opportunity to lead projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, training and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, external vendors and the broader IT team, while also exploring emerging technologies—including AI-enabled tools to help modernize OBSI’s systems and support continuous improvement. Candidates residing in the GTA will be considered and adaptable work arrangements are possible.
