Job Type: Full-Time In-Office Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Develop conceptual designs using Revit and Enscape to provide clients with a clear project overview. Develop detailed building sections, wall assemblies, roof assemblies, foundation details,



and construction details. Prepare and coordinate drawings for planning and building permit applications.

Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure alignment with project goals. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

Diploma or Degree in Architectural Construction Technology. Proficient in Revit. Strong ability to interpret and apply the Ontario Building Code in conjunction with building science principles, construction assemblies, and real-world construction practices.

Familiarity with municipal by-laws, conservation authorities, and other governing authorities.

Experience preparing and submitting drawings for site plan applications and building permit applications. Strong understanding of Ontario construction methods and practices in residential, agricultural, and commercial projects.

Bonus Skills

Experience with timber-frame construction. Previous in office construction experience. Competitive hourly wage. ~"Wow Pay" (bonus opportunities). ~
