In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide. S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. 4+ years of experience writing code in a backend development language (Java/NodeJS). ~Experience working within coding standards, code reviews and source code management. ~ Experience supporting production-level software and using monitoring tools (Splunk,



Dynatrace). ~ Excellent communication, including the ability to simplify technical details into human terms, and interact with non-technical parties such as product owners and business analysts.

Experience working in a continuous integration/delivery setting (DevOps) - we go to production every day.

Experience writing automated testing (unit, functional, performance).
