in your home province Industry designations such as CEBS or GBA considered strong assets Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of group advantages clients Conduct regular client meetings to review plan performance, introduce new offers, and gather feedback Collaborate with carriers to implement plan changes, resolve claims issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials Respond to client inquiries on billing, claims, eligibility, and plan design Maintain accurate and current client records in CRM and internal systems Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Westland’s suite of benefits and insurance products to drive growth within existing accounts As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to let you know that while our recruitment system includes AI capabilities, these are never used to screen, evaluate, or select candidates.
