We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide comprehensive business analysis services supporting complex business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements while helping ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. Provide a comprehensive range of business analysis services for diverse business and technology needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements. Lead and conduct business analysis activities to assess business problems and opportunities. Document business requirements to support the development of effective technology solutions.

Apply business process improvement and re-engineering approaches to enhance service delivery. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations. Business process modeling Data modeling Process flow analysis Non-functional requirements analysis Monitor project progress and report to management and stakeholders.

Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation.

Support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) activities. Support knowledge transfer activities throughout the project lifecycle. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis. Business analysis documents Business cases Demonstrated experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall,



Iterative Agile, and Product Management methodologies.

Experience outlining business problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Experience developing performance measures and business analysis evaluation metrics.

Technical

Skills HTML. CSS.

Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Ability to translate business and data requirements into technical specifications.

Experience with business functional modelling, process mapping, and related business analysis techniques.

Experience with user-centric website and forms design. Transfer knowledge throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and share project documentation. Support project team members through meetings, documentation, and collaborative knowledge-sharing activities.
