The client is seeking Senior Business Analysts to provide comprehensive I⁢ business analysis services supporting business and technology initiatives. The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The role requires robust experience in business process transformation, requirements analysis, business rule automation, workflow management, data and process modeling, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and conduct business analysis to identify and assess business problems, opportunities, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and data requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs and develop appropriate I⁢ solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, mockups, and other techniques.
- Develop business models, use case models, process models, data flow models, and conceptual/logical data models.
- Define business rules, non-functional requirements, test cases, and workflow requirements.
- Support business process transformation and re-engineering initiatives to improve service delivery and cost effectiveness.
- Develop strategies, business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Develop documentation including project approval documents, policy approval documents, presentations, briefing notes, and regulatory change materials.
- Support QA, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, plans, and scenarios.
- Develop performance measures and traceability matrices to evaluate business analysis activities.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to business and I⁢ management.
- Ensure business analysis activities align with applicable enterprise architecture,



project management, and systems development methodologies.
- Support business rule automation and workflow management solutions.
- Provide input into training and communication materials for large-scale system implementations.

Must-Haves

- Senior-level Business Analysis experience supporting systems development.
- Experience with rules engines or business process automation platforms.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Experience developing business models, use cases, process/data flow models, and conceptual/logical data models.
- Experience defining business rules, non-functional requirements, and test cases.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with business process transformation and re-engineering.
- Experience documenting requirements for business rule automation and workflow management solutions.
- Experience supporting QA, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and lead business analysis activities.
- Healthcare/clinical experience, including exposure to healthcare privacy and security requirements.
