The Mortgage

Underwriter is an evolving role – it is never a dull moment around here! Analyze and decide mortgage applications within established lending criteria. Communicate and liaise with all parties (internal and external) involved in the completion of each mortgage transaction.

Continually monitor and accurately maintain the mortgage application queue. Manage execution of the mortgage commitment including focus on resolving any outstanding conditions prior to funding. Review client documentation and mortgage conditions.

Salary: $70,000.00‑90,000.00 per year (depending on qualifications), plus yearly bonus based on KPIs. Company social events & volunteering. Dental care. Extended health care, disability and life insurance.
