As a trusted advisor, we partner with industry leading MarTech solutions – ActionIQ, Adobe, Google, RedPoint, Salesforce to help our clients integrate best-in-breed marketing solutions with their existing environment to ultimately deliver great experiences to their customers. You’ll see your work on some of your favorite brand websites, in email and mobile marketing campaigns, and beyond. For this role, you can expect a salary between $80,000 - $94,000 annually + bonuses, depending on experience.

This is a replacement role. A trusted advisor and functional expert responsible for leading complex client transformations. Facilitate strategic planning, diagnostic, and design workshops with executive and operational client stakeholders.

Architect and map robust business requirements, functional specifications, and change enablement strategies for enterprise-level MarTech deployments. Proactively identify opportunities for digital transformation, service expansion, and process optimization within client portfolios. Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive peer review for junior Team Members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. 6+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital strategy, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. ~ Salesforce (SFMC), Adobe (AEM, AJO, AEP), SAS, Google)
