We are looking for a Project Estimator to join our Integrated Project Services team and grow within a rapidly expanding sector.

Your main objective will be to advise our work teams and clients on estimating the construction and implementation costs of a variety of projects.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from our Montreal or Quebec office. Participate in project meetings for estimation needs.

Evaluate overall costs: labor, materials, equipment, and resources. Draft the basis of estimation (BOE) with the support of a senior estimator Provide expert support to project teams on estimation issues Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and consult technical experts as needed Conduct specific studies related to estimation and contribute to updating the price database for CIMA+ Degree in engineering or architecture or any relevant training related to estimating Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the field of estimating Experience in various multidisciplinary projects (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) Member of the Association des estimateurs et des économistes de la construction du Québec (AEÉCQ) and ESCQ or ECCQ certification (an asset) Member of the Canadian Institute of Construction Economists (CICE)
