EDF power solutions North America seeks a Senior Counsel with expertise in renewable energy law, corporate transactions, M&A; including joint ventures and project finance. Lead negotiations of offtake, interconnection, and real property agreements; handle permitting and compliance in ISOs/RTOs; focus on grid-scale projects and corporate governance.

Position can be based at one of our North America locations; other locations and hybrid or remote options may be considered.
