Partner Program

Director , you'll take ownership of creating a best-in-class Partner Program / Customer Loyalty Program that enhances our value proposition and drives significant revenue impact. Design & implement a structured Partner/ Customer Program that attracts, engages, and retains partners while driving ARR growth for Dext.

Develop the commercial framework, including tiering, incentives, and benefits for both Dext and our partners/customers.

Assess & evolve our existing community program, ensuring its integration and ongoing success within the broader Partner Program.

Secure buy-in from leadership,



presenting structured plans to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and ensuring seamless execution.

Proven track record of building and launching partner programs / customer loyalty programs from scratch

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience in presenting structured plans to senior leadership teams
