Managing client relationships for small to large sized accounts Interact with clients and Insurance Companies to ensure plan is operating efficiently Discuss the performance of the group plans with clients Deliver outstanding customer service in a skilled manner to assist client’s decision-making process Minimum 7 years customer service experience Post secondary school education diploma and/or degree required.
