About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and insightful Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Kimberley. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and database querying. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements.




- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience with data querying languages like SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts and techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
