Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job DescriptionThe IT Data Modeler is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data models that supportinsurance operations, reporting, analytics, underwriting, claims, policy administration, risk management, and regulatoryreporting.The role requires strong expertise in insurance data concepts, relational database design, data modelingmethodologies, and data governance practices.A robust candidate will have 5+ years of Data Modeling experience, deep knowledge of relational databases andtable design, and practical experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry including Policy, Claims,Underwriting, Risk, and Premium data structures.Key Responsibilities• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains.
- Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries.
- Support database optimization, data quality, governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Required Qualifications• 5+ years Data Modeling and Database Design experience.
