Data Entry of vendor invoices, reviewing the purchases for multiple locations from multiple vendors, validating data as required Work with vendors to ensure data is reported accurately and timely Verify that transactions comply with the financial policies and procedures Work with Aramark Accounts Payable, to ensure that payments are entered in accordance with the company?Office Responsibilities Support the daily office functions such as ordering supplies and picking up mail etc. Performs special projects as assigned. Support the billing function by printing invoices/ financial spreadsheets etc. and scanning and sending billing related information as requested.
