Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our Group IT vertical, supporting strategic initiatives within our organization. This role will focus on modernizing a legacy benefits management application into a modern, API‑compliant solution built on C#/.NET. You will work closely with a team dedicated to delivering high‑impact projects that align with our long‑term technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

- Lead development efforts to modernize legacy applications into C#/.NET architecture.
- Design and implement API‑compliant solutions to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Perform hands‑on coding and development with minimal supervision.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database design, optimization, and integration.
- Utilize Azure services for deployment, scalability, and cloud‑based solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance,



and performance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- 80% heads down development, 20% leadership and meeting participation

Must‑haves

- 7+ years of qualified experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET.
- Strong expertise in API development and integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object‑oriented programming, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
