Senior DevOps Engineer A market-leading developer of software products for the automotive repair industry; our RO Writer shop management system is currently deployed in over 4,000 locations throughout the United States and Canada. Our team is a energetic global team working on three continents supporting the RO Writer business during this exciting time as we transition to cloud and modernize our offerings. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud-based systems and will involve close collaboration with development, QA, and product teams.

Azure cloud services, Azure SQL and Azure DevOps; PowerShell, Bash and Python; Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Monitor system performance and implement alerting and logging solutions Collaborate with developers to optimize deployment workflows, database standards, schema design and troubleshoot issues Design, implement,



and manage SQL Server environments (customer-facing and internal) in Azure Cloud Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives Create and maintain technical documentation and support release deployments You've got a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in DevOps roles Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Solid grasp of networking, security, and system administration Experience with Windows and Linux server environments NET Core application deployment Make long term investments In people, technology, and customers.
