Energy is looking for a Senior Field Health & Safety Advisor to bolster safety protocols across their operational sectors. This full-time position requires ongoing site visits to provide guidance on safety behaviors and policies. A deep understanding of health and safety in the oil and gas arena and a knack for influencing protected practices will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Support safety initiatives during project stages and field operations
- Provide training and coaching for team members on site




- Engage in health and safety event responses and analyses
- Promote adherence to the Health & Safety Management System
- Lead health and safety-focused inspections and observations

Requirements:

- Over 10 years’ health and safety experience in oil and gas
- Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety
- CRSP or CRST designation considered beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving history
