Senior Front-End Developer (React.js)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Work Model: Onsite (5 Days a Week)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and frontend best practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of Frontend Development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Experience working with Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Robust understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend best practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js or Vue.js.
- Automated testing using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Docker and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise application experience.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications.
