The Calgary studio is the head office and the team is in growth mode, with real opportunity to step into a senior seat and have a hand in shaping where the practice goes next. You'll lead projects end to end across the corporate and healthcare portfolio, taking work from initial client conversations through to handover. The day to day mix is mostly office and workplace fitouts and healthcare facilities, with the occasional hospitality piece thrown in.

You'll report into the Calgary Principal and the broader leadership group, with one or two project designers or design assistants reporting up to you.



There's real scope to mentor the team below you while being the client facing lead on the projects you own. Solid intermediate to senior level experience in interior design with a portfolio that leans into corporate or healthcare work.

The right person is a self starter who's proactive about moving work forward, confident in front of clients and comfortable running their own projects without needing to be checked on. Strong project management skills are non negotiable since you'll be juggling timelines, budgets and consultants across multiple files.
