This role focuses on planning and executing operational audits, identifying control gaps, and partnering with senior stakeholders to improve processes and overall business performance. Plan and execute diverse audit/advisory engagements within deadlines Document findings and prepare explicit audit reports Present insights and recommendations to senior management Support continuous improvement of audit processes and controls Assist with the internal audit’s independent testing of financial reporting Foster a high-performance team culture with a strong commitment to excellence 3+ years of Big 4 audit/assurance experience (internal audit preferred) ~ CPA, CA, or MBA required; or final stages ~ Strong drive to build a long-term career ~ Personable and skilled at building relationships ~ Committed to continuous learning and improvement ~ Strong project management capabilities ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint #
